SHIPPING INFORMATION
GemBaby products printed and shipped all orders in the China. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Estimated Ship Timelines Does Not Include Handling/Production Time!
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
You will see the handling time and Estimated shipping time on the checkout page.
All our products are made as ordered and printed on demand just for you, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.
All items are shipped out around 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. From there, all domestic orders will take approximately 15-25 working days to arrive.
On average, the order is produced and shipped from our facility 3-5 business days after purchase with standard shipping.

- The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 3-7 Days
- Shipping time: 14~30 Days
- Commercial Express: 5-8 days
- Shipping: 35-40 days
